Volunteers

STABC relies on parent and student volunteers to staff the events that generate funds for our athletes. Sign up for a shift at one of our events to earn points for your team to receive grant money. We have opportunities throughout the year for all interests!

• Grill burgers and dogs (adults) or make snow cones, popcorn, and nachos (adults or students) at our snack shack.
• Staff the cashier window at concessions (adults only).
• Sell ST branded gear at our merchandise booth.
• Assist at ST fundraisers such as our Goodwill Truck fundraiser, shoe drive, etc.

Does your student have their athletic clearance completed? Everyone must be cleared to start their season! Plan ahead and get it completed now for fall sports. Click below for instructions.

Athletic Clearance Instructions

Tip: bring the form to your annual checkup each year and take care of the athletic clearance right after the check-up. Click on all the sports your child plays, and you'll be all set until their next annual physical.
Don't wait until the season is upon you to get it done.

in team grants, sports awards, and Senior Scholar Athlete scholarships.

​In the 2023-2024 school year, STABC funded $18713
​for scholarships, athletic awards, helmets, uniforms, warm-ups, gear bags, a scoring system, practice equipment, and ST-branded pop-up canopies. 
An additional $12092 was raised at the annual STABC Crab Feed dinner & auction held March 9. 2024

Seeking Volunteers for 2026-2027 School Year 

Would you like to have input into how STABC funds are raised and allocated? An approval vote for team grant proposals? Then come join STABC Executive Board! We meet every 1st Tuesday during the school year for General Meetings and as needed before/after General Meetings or on the 3rd Tuesday of the month via Zoom for Executive Board meetings. Charter

STABC is a non-profit organization (NPO # 77-0382552) that provides avenues for the athletic teams of Santa Teresa High School to raise the much needed funds to bridge the gap between what the district contributes and what it actually takes to run these programs. 

Grants and Scholarships

Santa Teresa Athletic Booster Club grants support individual teams and general athletics at Santa Teresa. Safe equipment, safe facilities and gear are just some of the items that STABC grants fund.  STABC proudly sponsors Athletic Awards and the blocks/ pins for letterman jackets.  We also offer modest scholarships to our Senior Scholar nominees and winners.  Grant Request Info

Concessions and Merchandise

All proceeds from the Snack Shack/Concessions Booth and Merchandise Pop-Up go into our general fund. Visit us for tasty snacks and all your ST branded gear to help raise funds for grants and scholarships.
MERCHANDISE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT FIRST YEAR STUDENT ORIENTATION DAY, BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT, and HOME FOOTBALL GAMES. 
SAINTS hats, tees, hoodies, flannel bottoms, and more. We accept cash, credit/debit, apple pay, and Venmo. Let's go Saints!!

​Annual Crab Feed

Each year our annual crab feed and raffle/auction raises thousands of dollars for teams and for the STABC general fund. Year after year, the community comes together to enjoy great food and great friends for a great cause.  We were excited to bring this back in March 2024 and are getting ready for the 21st event on 3/22/25.  We are currently looking for volunteers to help organize and execute this fun event.   If you are interested in joining the Crab Feed Committee, please reach out to [email protected] for details! We will need committee chairs for Decorations, Gift Baskets, Auction, Donations, Volunteers, Finance, and Food/Drinks before we can proceed with committing to this event.
