Seeking Executive Board Members for 2025-2026 School Year
We are seeking new Executive Board members for 2025-2026 school year. We meet every 1st Tuesday during the school year (in person in the ST library) for General Meetings and as needed on the 3rd Tuesday year-round (via Zoom) for Executive Board meetings. - VICE PRESIDENT- Oversees all fundraising activities of the organization, including overseeing committees, coordinating with other organizations, and soliciting needed approvals for fundraising events. The vice president will also act as an aide to the president and in the absence of the president perform the duties of the president.
- MERCHANDISER- handles merchandise orders and inventory. STABC already has 2 preferred vendors to help fulfill orders. Merchandise includes hoodies, t-shirts, hats, and more. Booths are set up at all home football games, freshman orientation, back-to-school night and occasional popups.
- GENERAL BOARD MEMBER 3 - at-large executive board member with 1 vote and holds this seat during their term of office. Helps with general board decisions and fundraising events.

- Concessions Manager: Manages concessions staffing and sales at athletic events. The concessions manager will order, inventory, and sell food and drinks and related supplies, turning over funds and appropriate paperwork to treasurer.
